FAQs
Why horses?
Horses are highly intuitive and can sense human emotions, responding to subtle cues like body language, heart rate, temperature, respiratory rate, etc. This ability helps individuals become more self-aware and improve emotional regulation. In therapeutic settings, horses mirror emotions, providing immediate feedback that aids in personal growth. Physical interactions, such as riding and grooming, boost confidence and coordination while promoting calmness and healing. Their natural instincts also help clients confront and manage fear or anxiety.
